COVID Procedures

Temperatures will be taken upon entering the salon. If your temperature is at or above 99.5 degrees, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Please come to your appointment alone – NO guests, NO children. This is for the safety of our staff and you. We no longer will have chairs in our waiting room. Waiting will be standing room only, six feet apart.

Upon check-in, you will be asked if you need an elastic or makeup wipe. For the time being, these will no longer be available in our spray tan rooms. We highly recommend you arrive without makeup on or that you remove your makeup in your vehicle before coming inside.

For the time being, the bathroom will not be available for client use. While this may be an inconvenience, we are treating this like a drive-thru service and are doing our best to ensure the health and safety of you and your family. We do not have the capacity to sanitize the bathrooms each time they are used, therefore they are off limits.

You will have to pay for your service at the time of check-in. We prefer credit cards and Apple/Samsung pay at this time, as they are contactless.

Please limit the amount of belongings you carry with you into your appointment. Outside food and beverages are not allowed during this time.

Please try to arrive exactly at your scheduled time – not late. If you are early, feel free to text that you are waiting in the parking lot and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate you earlier. We are taking more time in between each client to sanitize and use all necessary precautions, so in our best effort for everything to run smoothly, you arriving at the time of your appointment is essential for us!

We are requiring you wear a mask the entire time you are in the building, even if you are just picking up an online order.

During your tan, you will be required to leave your mask on the entire time your body and neck is sprayed. If you choose to have your face sprayed, we will ask you to get fully dressed and meet the person spraying you at the front door on the spray tanning side, with your mask still on. At that time, we will ask you to remove your mask. We will then quickly spray your face and ask that you leave immediately. We do recommend that your mask stays off until your spray tan has settled, so you do not mess up your face/neck. If you choose not to have your face sprayed, we have a self-tanner available for purchase that matches our solution perfectly and can be used easily at home.

For the time being, we will not be sanitizing your hands or wiping down your nails/toes. We recommend you simply squirt hand sanitizer on your palms when you get to your car. To wipe your nails/toes, use a piece of paper towel, a napkin with a little sanitizer on it or a makeup wipe. The excess spray tan will wipe right off. This will not mess up your hands and/or nails and is very easy to do!

Due to the fact that we are scheduling less clients than we normally do in one hour, we have no flexibility if you are late, need to change your appointment last minute or do not show up. There is a courtesy text message that is sent to you the day before your appointment - please cancel or change it then. Otherwise, there will be a $25 fee if you cancel your appointment the day of or do not show up.

You will have to prepay for any retail you wish to purchase. For your convenience, retail can now be shopped and paid for ahead of time our website, so it is ready and waiting for you when you arrive. Just select the curbside pickup option at checkout. Do not worry about the date it gives you; we will coordinate with your appointment to make sure it is waiting for you when you arrive.
